[added] cancel$ and contextMenu$ to PointerEventStreams

Summary

There are built-in browser interactions like long-pressing to open a context menu, or vertically scrolling a container that has touch-action: pan-y set, that will cancel a pointer stream. This ensures Draggable handles those appropriately.
